Once the contract is signed, we will be there with you every step of the way until and through the closing. We will provide a copy of the executed contract to seller and the attorney and any other appropriate parties. We will coordinate and attend the inspection in person. We’ll follow through on all contingencies and deadlines, and keep you aware of any pertinent developments. We’ll be present at the closing as well!
